A. Personal Information
When you sign up, we collect minimal personal information necessary for authentication and service provision:
- Email Address: Used for account management, authentication, and communication.
- Name: Used to personalize your experience.
- Auth Tokens: Secure tokens provided by Apple or Google for login sessions.
B. User Content (Images)
We practice ephemeral processing for images.
- When you upload an image for analysis, it is transmitted securely (via SSL/TLS) to our backend.
- The image is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for analysis.
- We do NOT permanently store your images on our servers or database.
- Once the analysis (captions/songs) is generated, the image data is discarded from memory immediately.
C. Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the app, such as button taps, feature usage counts, error logs, device type, and operating system version. This data helps us identify bugs and optimize performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service.
- To generate AI-powered captions, song suggestions, and vibe checks.
- To manage your subscription and authenticate your access to Pro features.
- To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, or support.
- To monitor the usage of the Service and detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers solely for the purpose of operating the App. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.
Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time within the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data (name, email, auth records) will be permanently removed from our active database. We may retain some information for legal obligations or dispute resolution.
As we do not store images, there are no user images to delete effectively—they are gone the moment the analysis is returned to you.
6. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us. We use commercial acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and secure, compliant cloud databases for data at rest. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. International Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
You have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
